PRICING

Prices are F.O.B. Abra warehouse and are subject to change without notice. Merchandise shipped at price prevailing at the time of shipment.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Credit terms are Net 30 days. An interest rate of 1.5% per month will be applied to all accounts past maturity date.Delinquent accounts will be responsible for all related collection and if applicable legal costs incurred whether or not suit is filed.

FREIGHT

All shipments are F.O.B. Abra Lighting warehouse-Freight collect. Full Freight allowed on orders of $1500.00 or greater-within the continental United States for all cataloged items. For projects it’s plus freight out of Riverside, CA.On full Freight allowed-the Freight may be deducted From invoice-if paid within our terms. A copy of the Freight bill must be included with your remittance. Abra Lighting reserves the right to select carrier on all shipments-unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made with delivering carrier. Abra Lighting cannot assume responsibility for damage or loss in transit. Visible damage must be noted on Freight bill at time of delivery and it is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company. If the package was signed for in good condition your claim for concealed damage must be filed within (7) seven days of receipt. Abra Lighting does not assume responsibility for concealed damages.

RETURN GOODS

Defective Merchandise cannot be returned unless a return goods authorization (RGA) has been obtained from Abra Lighting. Contact our customer service department to obtain an RGA number. A credit will be applied to your account once the merchandise is returned.

CONDITIONS APPLYING TO RECEIVING CREDIT FOR GOODS RETURNED

A. Freight charges must be prepaid and goods returned via carrier used by Abra Lighting.

B. Merchandise must be in original carton.

C. RGA number must be supplied with packing material.

D. Goods must be returned within 30 days of authorization.

LIABILITY

Abra Lighting is not responsible for any charges involved in repairing or replacing damaged or defective merchandise or damages caused by improperly installed unit or fixtures that have been tampered with.

WARRANTY

Abra Lighting at its sole option will repair or replace F.O.B. Abra Lighting’s warehouse Freight prepaid for any Abra products found defective in workmanship or materials. Such replacement is the exclusive remedy should any of products prove defective and is limited to one year on finish and material and five years on the LED components from date of shipment. For marine grade outdoor fixtures this is two years on finish and material and five years on LED components from date of shipment. Abra Lighting reserves the right to determine the best method of correcting problems. Abra Lighting is not responsible for any installation charges or charge backs nor charges for labor or materials.
